WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE
Welcome and thank you for visting the L.L. Medical Care Ltd (Agarwal And Agrawal Practice) website. Our website is designed to introduce you to the practice staff and make you more familiar with the services run from our practice, which is in this health centre.

Your views on the services offered and any ideas on changes or improvements are welcome. We make every effort to ensure that patients experience at the practice is as comfortable and professional as possible. If you have any complaints or suggestions, please write in confidence to the practice manager.

We have an approved practice based complaints procedure which is available from our reception.

CORONAVIRUS RISK ASSESSMENT
All of our staff have completed and signed a copy Risk Assessment Matrix for Coronavirus, to ensure that we comply with new guidelines to protect our staff and all of our patients.

CAR PARKING
We would like to inform all patients that a camera controlled system is in place to manage the car park. All patient's must enter their full, correct vehicle registration at the terminal at our reception desk.
Patients are entitled to 2 hours free parking, for extra parking time you are required to see one of our receptionists. Half or forgotten registration vehicle plates are not accepted, please make sure that you know your vehicle registration number.
 
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS (FACE-TO-FACE, ONLINE AND PHONE BOOKINGS) - CORONAVIRUS
Please do not book a GP appointment or attend L.L. Medical Care Ltd if;
  • You have symptoms of cough, fever or difficulty in breathing after being in contact with someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus
  • You feel that they may have Coronavirus or may have come into contact with someone who is or has shown the symptoms of the Coronavirus

NHS 111 has created Coronavirus pages to inform patient's on what to do based on the above.

These can be accessed at https://111.nhs.uk/service/covid-19.

Due to the increase in Coronavirus, all patient appointments will now be telephone based triaged where an appointment can be made via the telephone on online. Alternatively use the eConsult service which we will respond back to you. Any patients who are exhibiting symptoms of the Coronavirus will not be seen and advised to visit the practice.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS FOR 8 WEEK (2 MONTHS) PARENT AND BABY IMMS
During the Coronavirus pandemic, all young babies will continue to receive their 2 month (8 week) checks and immunisations from the practice. Patient's should contact the practice to make an appointment for themselves and their baby or babies, with one of our GP's and nurses.

FACE MASKS AND COVERINGS EXCEPTIONS - IF YOU ARE MEDICALLY EXEMPT FROM WEARING A MASK OR FACE COVERING

  1. Exception from face covering badges (for a mobile phone)
  2. Exception from face covering badges (to print)
  3. Exception from face covering card (to print)

Some people may feel more comfortable showing something that says they do not have to wear a face covering. This could be in the form of an exemption card, badge or even a home-made sign.

Our practice is now offering online registration, this is open to all residents in Waltham Forest. Please check that your postcode is within our catchment area.

To register, vist https://www.eastlondonregistergp.nhs.uk, enter your postcode and choose from the selection. You will be asked to fill in a form and submit your personal information so we can register you.

Your registration will be registered within 2 working days.

If you want to come in person to register, we will be happy to help you, please contact the surgery for more information. You do not have to show any ID or proof of address to register.
